The apartment is in the rural village of pago del humo, is self contained and furnished to a high standard and located in the grounds of finca charlett where the owners live. There is plenty of off road parking and the village shops, restaurants and bars are within a few minutes easy walk. The nearby traditional spanish town of chiclana has much to offer with its architecture, restaurants and markets. This part of andalucia has a rich cultural and historical heritage. The area has a magnificently diverse landscape. Nearby there is a national park which attracts migrating birds, and most of the year storks can be seen in the local area. This is the area that the spanish themselves come on holiday. In the area are beautiful unspoilt long white sandy beaches. La barrosa beach has been granted the blue flag for clean seas of europe ever since this award was founded. Also nearby are totally undeveloped beach areas with sand dunes, la barrosa beach is 15 minutes drive. Conil de la frontera, a lively little spanish seaside town, also with a beautiful beach is around 15 minutes drive. There are several golf courses in the area, one which was designed by severiano ballesteros, all these courses are within 10 - 15 minutes drive of pago del humo
